We ALWAYS send a reply ASAP, but within max. 24-48 hours. If you didn't receive a reply, please check your spambox first and make sure to whitelist support@aronandsharon.com

If you still didn't receive anything, send us a ticket via the supportcenter and let us know how we can reach you (other e-mailadress, Skype, Phonenumber, Facebook).
